On the frosty morning of December 9th (2017), a crew of 12 energetic volunteers joined the Goward Springs Stewards and Peninsula Streams Society (PSS) at the Vancouver Island Technology Park (by Camosun College Interurban Campus) to plant stakes on Viaduct Flats.
